Parent Action Committee

The mission of PAC is to support SCS in planning, organizing and supervising events and fundraisers led by the school administration. Our vision is that through parent and student engagement, SCS families will build community, serve the community, and help raise funds for SCS so that the teachers can continue to positively impact the lives of our children, and SCS can maintain its elite status among schools in Illinois.

The Parent Action Committee (PAC) operates on its own with support and approval from the school administration. We are responsible for the following:

  • Planning and execution of community activities and fundraising events
  • Marketing of the Schaumburg Christian School brand
  • Forming partnerships with community leaders, businesses, and other professionals 
  • Encouraging parent and student involvement and volunteering

Fundraising

  • Fall Giving 
  • Spring Fun Run
  • Golf Outing Fundraiser

Community Engagement

  • Father/Daughter Event
  • Mother/Son Event
  • Teacher and Staff Luncheon
