Extended Care

Extended care plans may only be started on the 1st (first) day of the month following the date that the request was made. To begin an extended care plan, an Extended Care Enrollment/Change Form must be completed.

Extended care plans cannot be pro-rated. The full monthly fee will be assessed. To withdraw from an extended care plan, an Extended Care Enrollment/Change Form must be completed.

No, an extended care plan is not just for one month. The charge for the selected plan will be billed to your account each month. In order to withdraw from an extended care plan, an Extended Care Enrollment/Change Form  must be submitted before the 1st (first) of the month. 

You must complete an Extended Care Enrollment/Change Form  before the 1st (first) of the month in order for the change to become effective. A $30 change fee will apply to changes made after September 1. 

Extended care is available on no school days. You must register in advance. Failure to register will result in a $25 non-waivable fee. If you sign your child up and your child doesn't attend,  this will result in a $60 no-show fee.
