Tuition & Financial Aid

At Schaumburg Christian School, we are deeply committed to making a Christ-centered, high-quality education financially accessible to as many families as possible. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to grow academically, spiritually, and socially within a supportive, Christian environment. Our mission is to provide an education that equips students for success in life, and we strive to attempt to remove the financial barriers so that more families can experience the lasting impact of an SCS education.

Our Commitment to Affordability

We recognize that investing in private education is a significant decision for families. That’s why we are committed to offering a variety of financial assistance options designed to help make tuition affordable for families from diverse financial backgrounds. We are continually reviewing our tuition structures and financial aid programs to ensure we remain accessible while maintaining the highest standards in academic excellence and spiritual development.

Financial Assistance Programs

Schaumburg Christian School offers several financial aid options, including:

  • Daniel Mark Scholarship: Families who qualify can receive financial assistance based on their individual circumstances. Our need-based aid program helps families offset the cost of tuition, allowing more students to benefit from the SCS experience.
  • Tuition Payment Plans: To help families manage tuition costs, we offer flexible payment plans that break down the cost of tuition into manageable installments throughout the school year.

How to Apply for Financial Aid

We encourage all families interested in financial assistance to apply. The process is straightforward, confidential, and designed to be as accessible as possible. To begin the financial aid process please contact our financial office for personalized guidance.

Financial Guidance with Heart

At Schaumburg Christian School, we believe that a Christ-centered education should never remain just a dream; it should be an attainable reality for every family that desires it. That’s why we’re committed to walking alongside our families and providing resources that make Christian education both accessible and sustainable from preschool through college.

We are excited to introduce Thrivent Financial Advisor Chaz Black, a new resource for SCS families. Thrivent helps families align their faith and finances to plan confidently and live generously. SCS families can connect with Chaz, who shares our heart for Christian education and stewardship.

Chaz and his team specialize in helping families plan intentionally, whether through budgeting, saving for tuition or developing a long-term financial strategy that supports both present and future educational needs. Their approach combines wisdom and purpose, offering financial guidance that follows your head and your heart.

Together with Chaz, we want to help ensure that the opportunity for private Christian education is not just an idea, but an actionable and lasting investment in your child’s future, academically, spiritually, and eternally.

Disclaimer: Schaumburg Christian School is not a financial institution and does not provide financial, investment or tax advice. Chaz Black is offered solely as a resource for families seeking guidance in financial planning. All financial decisions should be made based on personal circumstances and in consultation with a financial advisor. Schaumburg Christian School does not receive compensation or benefits from this partnership.

Thrivent provides advice and guidance through its Financial Planning Framework that generally includes a review and analysis of a client’s financial situation. A client may choose to further their planning engagement with Thrivent through its Dedicated Planning Services (an investment advisory service) that results in written recommendations for a fee.
