Training Leaders

Training Leaders

Students in grades ninth through twelfth follow a rigorous academic program that is designed to exceed Illinois state graduation requirements and prepare students for college admission. Various course levels are available, including regular, honors, Advanced Placement, and College-level Dual Credit courses. SCS students consistently score well above the national average on standardized achievement tests and college entrance exams, and our graduates are accepted into major Christian, private, and public colleges across the country. We strive to train our high school leaders not only to be academic leaders in the classroom, but also community leaders that go into their communities to serve others for the Glory of God.
even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve...~ Matthew 20:28

The teachers have impacted me in so many ways here at SCS. Throughout my whole time at SCS, I have only been surrounded by teachers who legitimately care about my well-being and who want to see me succeed in life. I will always be thankful for everything my teachers have done for me, and I will never forget the important life lessons that I have learned throughout my years here.  ~ Efosa Ighodaro, Class of 2018
