Careers
It's not a job, it's a calling...
Working at Schaumburg Christian School (SCS) is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to be part of a Christ-centered, excellence-driven, and service-minded community that is dedicated to impacting lives for Christ. Here’s why someone should consider joining the SCS team:
Christ-centered
We serve because Christ first served us (Mark 10:45). Every act of service—whether in the classroom, on the field, or in the community—is an opportunity to model Christ’s humility and love.
Excellence
We strive to serve with intentionality, integrity, and a spirit of excellence (Colossians 3:23). Our goal is to go beyond expectations, ensuring that every student, family, and staff member experiences the care and dedication that reflect the high calling of Christian education.
Service
Whether through mentorship, outreach, missions, or everyday interactions, we seek to develop a heart of service in our students—one that extends beyond the walls of SCS and impacts the world for Christ (Galatians 5:13).
