Drop-Off & Pick-Up Info

In order to maximize the safety and well-being of SCS families and constituents, as well as minimize the disruption of traffic by students, families, and staff in our neighborhood, a Traffic Control Plan showing the drop off and pick up of students has been developed. Please familiarize yourself with the drop-off and pick-up information. In addition, take note of information for parking, school emergencies, student drivers, and carpooling.

Parking for Parents Arriving During the School Day

Parents/guardians who have school-related business during the school day may park in the lot directly in front of the Early Education Center.

For students arriving late, the student should be escorted by the parent and checked in with the receptionist to get a pass before heading to class.

When picking up a student during the day, go to the Early Education Center receptionist.

Parents of Students in Third through Twelfth Grade

Parents/guardians who have school-related business during the school day may park in the front lot facing Roselle Road.

For students arriving late, the student should go directly to the school receptionist upon arrival to school to get a pass before heading to class.

When picking up a student, go to the school receptionist and request the student to be released to you. You will be asked to sign out your student and then sign in your student upon his return, if he is returning to school that day. To meet with a staff member or to attend a student's class as a volunteer, sign in with the receptionist where you will be given a visitor’s badge and be directed to the appropriate location.
